Gift Card Purchasing: Step by Step Instructions

1. If you’re not already logged in, log in to Bulldogs Benefits and head to gift cards
2. Search for a Gift card retailer by category or search by name
3. Select the specific Gift Card.
4. Enter Gift Card amount manually or choose a fixed value from drop-down list.
5. Enter receipient details if you send as gift.
6. Select “Add to Cart”
7. Select the Shopping Cart change quantity or remove items from the cart.
8. Select “Proceed to Checkout” to complete transaction.
9. At the Checkout confirm your order details
10. Select Payment Method and enter details.

• Credit Card merchant fees 1%
• PayID and PayTo $0.64

11. Perform reCAPTCHA security check.
12. Select “Place order”
13. Once the transaction is processed you will return to the order confirmation page with links to:

• Your Wallet where all your Gift Cards are securely stored.
• You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and a separate email /SMS with links to access your Gift Card. The Gift Card will also automatically appear in your wallet.

Gift card redemption
1. Login and open My Gift Cards.
2. Search Your Gift Card by Gift Card Name.
3. Click and View or Download and open data provided by the retailer including the Gift Card PDF download / print, web link to the Gift Card and redemption details.

• Instore: scan barcode or enter Gift Card number, then enter PIN
• Online: enter Gift Card number and where applicable enter PIN
• Upload: copy Gift Card number to paste into retailer account (i.e. amazon, Apple, Binge, eBay, Kayo Sports, Kogan)
